The Magician's Daughter

Musical-comedy short about a reporter (Frank Albertson) investigating a sleight-of-hand artist (Maurice Cass) and falling in love with the magician's daughter (Eleanor Lynn). Lynn performs "Alone," and she and Albertson duet on "I Want to Write a Song." Directed by Felix Feist, who cowrote the script with Jack Woodford.
