Game of Thrones' Water Bottle Culprit Revealed in the Final Dolls of Thrones Recap

A finale that terrible deserves an even worse parody

After Episode 4 of Game of Thrones's final seasonwas sloppy enough to have a Starbucks cup in frame and in the wake of Episode 5 outraging fans with its out-of-left-field Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) heel, we figured our remarkably dumb Dolls of Thrones recaps could not possibly sink any lower. I mean, what were the chances that the finale of the biggest thing to happen to TV since remotes could be bad enough to provide even more fodder for parody? Good, evidently. The chances were very good.

Everything We Know About the Game of Thrones Prequel So Far

Even Game of Thrones newbies agree the finale sucked dragon eggs, what with its nonsensical story development, the questions it left unanswered, and yes, those truly unforgivable plastic water bottles spotted in what was once the most carefully crafted TV series of all time. Game of Thrones might have gone up in metaphorical (and literal) flames, but, apart from joining the chorus of angry voices demanding a do-over, there's another way fans can channel their disappointment and rage: laughing and marveling at how utterly ridiculous our last recap gets. It includes Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) rocking a makeshift crown and Jon (Kit Harington) trying to check out of the episode 45 minutes too soon. There's even an explanation as to where that water bottle came from -- one so idiotic not even Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright ) could've seen it coming.

Check it out above and delight in seeing an age-old adage unfold before your eyes: No matter how bad things are, they can always get worse.

Game of Thrones is streaming on HBO Go and HBO Now. Add it through Hulu or through Amazon.
