Bones stars Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz, along with executive producer Stephen Nathan, hit Comic-Con on Friday to debut some exclusive footage and tease their 10th season. The sneak peek showed Booth in the slammer and getting into trouble. What else can we expect? Here are the highlights:

Question: I heard that Fox canceled its freshmen sitcoms Dads, Enlisted and Surviving Jack! While I never watched and didn't care for Dads, I did watch (and loved!) both Enlisted and Surviving Jack. What puzzles me about the cancellations of all of these shows were that their ratings performed with the same numbers that Fox's other sitcoms New Girl, The Mindy Project and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, yet those shows all got renewed for another season! Why is it that The Powers That Be at Fox would cancel three shows that had the same low (or modest) ratings as the other three shows that got picked up for another year? It doesn't really make sense with me! - Chris
Every week, senior reporter Natalie Abrams satisfies your need for TV scoop. Please send all questions to email@example.com or tweet them to @NatalieAbrams Please tell me The Mother is not dead on How I Met Your Mother. — Dina I can't do that, but I can let series director Pam Fryman tell you that none of the theories floating around online about the ending or The Mother's fate have hit the nail on the head. "People are so sure and they have such an opinion about what they think is going to happen, but nobody is 100 percent right," she says. "I think people will be happy with the way this plays out. It's a great ending." Surely no one would be happy with The Mother dying, right? Anything on Game of Thrones would be great. — Claudia The season premiere is jam-packed with new threats, including...
Send questions and comments to firstname.lastname@example.org and follow me on Twitter! Question: True Detective is by far my new favorite show! The acting, storyline, intensity (especially last week's episode on Feb. 9) is incredible! I've heard that this is just a miniseries. However, with the good ratings and reviews as it is getting, any word on a possible renewal of a second season? - Mike Matt Roush: Though it hasn't been officially renewed yet, that seems to be just a formality at this point, especially since HBO has signed the show's creator Nic Pizzolatto to a two-year deal. Which means more True Detective, although whatever happens, it will be a very different True Detective in seasons to come. Because this is one of those franchises that occupies the territory somewhere between miniseries and anthology, not unlike American Horror Story but potentially with less of a repertory ensemble feel. If/when True Detective returns, it will be with new stars, new characters, a new locale and new focus, so don't get too attached to Rust Cohle and Marty Hart, although I understand why you would be.
When the Bones producers announced at Comic-Con in July that Booth and Brennan would indeed tie the knot this season, many fans were surprised to learn how early in the season it would happen. And they weren't alone! "I thought if we ever got married, it would be the series finale," star Emily Deschanel tells TVGuide.com...
