In this tape, The Firm has taken the best segments from their Crosstrainer and Total Body series to create a workout that targets the upper and lower body problem areas. Upper body exercises include lots of biceps curls, French presses, and push-ups. The lower-body segments cover leg extensions, squats and lunges, and polymeric jumps. This workout requires a step and a minimum of two sets of hand weights.
