Gin Miller provides a number of quality demonstrations for these step exercises combined with aerobic moves. The emphasis is on working out the muscles groups of the lower body. Students at the beginner and intermediate stages of fitness should be particularly pleased with the pace of this workout. The music ties in well with the routines. These exercises provide a good cardio workout without completely depleting the viewer's energies. The pleasant "cool-down" segment at the end that mixes together a number of the earlier moves, should help most students relax and wind down. Good cues make it fairly easy to follow along with Gin throughout the entire workout.
