Canine-counselor extraordinaire Cesar Millan is followed as he rehabilitates problem pooches and trains their owners. In Season 4, the L.A.-based dog guru takes his show on the road, making stops in Minnesota, Seattle, New York and Arizona.\ He also visits Miami to work with a pack of canine sniffers tasked with keeping the city's port safe from drugs and explosives. The highly intelligent dogs excel at their day job, but it's their out-of-office fighting that is out of control. He teaches the pups to play together without incident, and as with any episode, provides plenty of helpful tips for all dog owners. In another notable episode, he works with an ATF explosive-sniffing canine showing signs of posttraumatic stress disorder after a 45-day stint in Iraq's war zone. In lighter events, the series celebrates its 100th episode with lots of fanfare as Cesar reunites with more than 100 of his past cases, who strut their stuff down a doggie red carpet (complete with a fire hydrant). In addition, Cesar's childhood hero, Lassie, makes a surprise appearance to mark the occasion. And celebrities need Cesar's help, too. Ed McMahon, Jennifer Lee Pryor (wife of the late Richard Pryor), Eden Espinosa and Kathy Griffin (who swears she'll hand over her Emmy if he gets the job done) all call on the Dog Whisperer to help them tame their troubled pups.
