This week, kids got together to film their own versions of the Best Picture Oscar nominees, with hilariously adorable results. Also adorable in a non-hilarious way: a paralyzed French bulldog learned to walk with the help of some prosthetic feet. In celebrity news, Ellen DeGeneres and Minnie Driver auditioned for Downton Abbey, Josh Groban saluted Jimmy Kimmel's 2,000th episode, and Fred Armisen and Jimmy Fallon paid tribute to The Beatles. And Netflix got in a few jabs at its competitor Amazon with a parody advertisement of its new "Drone to Home" DVD delivery service. Ellen and Minnie Driver's Downton audition: In a bid to get a guest spot on Downton Abbey, Minnie Driver (as "Countess Penelope of I Can't Believe It's Not Buttersworth") submits an audition tape to the British import — with a little help from Ellen DeGeneres.

Kid Oscar Movies: Most — okay, all — of the Best Picture nominees for this year's Oscars are geared toward adult audiences, but that doesn't mean kids can't find some enjoyment in them too. Check out the younger generation's take on Gravity, American Hustle, Captain Phillipsand more.

Paralyzed bulldog: Spencer, a paralyzed 2-year-old bulldog, looks pretty snazzy in his new green Crocs as he learns to walk for the first time. (His vet speculates that his injury comes from probably being either dropped or stomped on as a puppy.) If you don't find this video completely heartwarming, you have no soul.

Netflix Drone to Home: It's no secret that Netflix and Amazon are engaged in a fierce competition as far as digital content is concerned. This week, Netflix seized the opportunity to lampoon Amazon's recent announcement that it's going to start delivering packages via drones with a commercial advertising a new DVD delivery service, "Drone to Home." Jimmy Fallon and Fred Armisen's Beatles tribute: In honor of the 50th anniversary of The Beatles' appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show, Jimmy Fallon and his Tonight Showbandleader Fred Armisen unearthed some "previously unseen footage" that showcases how much the #FabFour really were ahead of their time.

Josh Groban's Jimmy Kimmel salute: Jimmy Kimmel Live celebrated its 2,000th episode this week, and frequent contributor Josh Groban paid a musical homage to the late-night host, highlighting some of the more memorable moments since his show debuted in 2003.

BBC curling commentary: The Winter Olympics may have come to a close, but you can still get your curling fix with this video from the BBC, with nature documentary narrator David Attenborough providing his signature subdued commentary.
