There's a documentary feel to this low-budget film about the pursuit of maniacal killer Williams, who picks up look-alikes for his beautiful but estranged blonde wife and murders them with garden shears. Policemen Binns and Warde attempt to entrap the madman, staking out blonde policewomen in likely Los Angeles bars, but to no avail. Dogged forensic work finally points to Williams as the guilty party. A capable first feature by the production team, with talented unknowns as actors. Producer Sol Lesser (best known for his "Tarzan" series) acquired an interest in the picture following its filming and arranged for its release through a major distributing company.
