Contrived crime drama starring Stephenson as a suave thief who, while on a job which requires the theft of some rubies, discovers that his victim, Perrins, is the man who drove his former love to suicide. Obsessed with the thought of revenge, Stephenson lets his guard down and is trapped by Perrins, but is saved by another thief, Ray, who kills Perrins. Ray, in turn, is killed by the cops. Stephenson escapes and flees to South America with his new girl friend, Lynne.
