The Vicar of Bray Reviews

Holloway plays an Irish priest during the days of Charles I given the privileged job of tutor to the future king. Years later Holloway is allowed to make a request of the king, which the king has promised to grant as a result of the priest's role as his teacher. The request is to free a member of the priest's parish; even though the man is a political prisoner, the wish is granted. An entertaining role for Holloway, but the accompanying musical numbers are pretty sour.
