Clark attempts to stop gun smugglers from supplying US ammunition to Central American countries in this good actioner. Clark is a US agent posing as top smuggler Caruso to find out all aspects of the gang's activities. Milan is a young revolutionary taken in by the rhetoric of her leader to pose as a singer while she seeks guns for an uprising in her own country. As Clark works, the real Caruso shows up, tipping the bad guys off that Clark is not one of them. But the authorities show up in the nick of time to save Clark and smash the operation.
