John Savage as a drifter who returns home and becomes involved with his brother's drug-smuggling operation and destructive wife (Anne Saxon). W.G. McMillan, Meredith Baer, Jon Oppenheim, Tom Mahoney. Savage also composed the film's score. Joseph Ruben directed.

Sporadically interesting drama has Savage singing several folk songs of his own composition as he becomes enmeshed in a drug-smuggling scheme concocted by his brother and his brother's wife. The depressing end leaves a bad taste in the mouth, but the film's still worth checking out.
