The Return of Wildfire Reviews

Considered to be one of the best westerns in its time to feature wild horses, this tale centers around Hadley as the villain who is pressuring horse ranchers to sell their land in his attempt to get the corner on the horse market. One of the ranchers refuses to budge and winds up dead, leaving his two sisters, Morison and Hughes, to fend for the ranch themselves. Arlen plays a drifter who wanders into town and tries to help the sisters defend their property. He falls in love with Morison in the process, with a finale that includes a gunfight between Arlen and Hadley. The picture also features a strange and wonderful fight scene between two wild stallions, with Highland Dale as the stallion leader of the herd. Includes the song "Just an Old Sombrero," sung by Morison.
