Williamson, Martin, and Colley are slaves who escape from Ryan's plantation and head west. They are pursued by bounty hunter Prentice, joined by Anderson and Pemberton, and become friends with Rowe and his half-breed wife, O'Neil. The group cleans out a bar, kills a band of outlaws led by Santos, and keeps heading west. A fair black exploitation film with a surprisingly large budget and good production values.
