Yet another spoof of the genre, this film stars Lee as the crippled administrator of Underwood Asylum, who is a bit daft himself. The Keeper, as he is called, ferrets out the inmates who have large estates and then tries to kill all of their heirs so that the money will revert to him. Although pretty silly, the film does boast a monstrous keyboard machine that, at the touch of a button, administers punishments to the inmates, and two seven-foot-tall twins who contribute to the mad cripple's downfall.
