An unusual role for Price has him in South Africa searching for gold. His long efforts, which have soured his personality, are nearly wasted when a gang of robbers attempts to make off with his gleanings. Basically a remake of YELLOW SKY (1948), but lacking the directorial skill of a William Wellman.
