The Green Glove Reviews

This routine cops and robbers chase film is set in and around Monte Carlo. The title refers to a priceless medieval relic that had belonged to a small rural French church. It's stolen during WW II by jewel thief and German collaborator, Macready. American paratrooper Ford is dropped behind enemy lines and enlisted by the church to return the glove. He gets it away from Macready but loses it when his shelter is bombed. Ford returns to France after the war, hoping to find the glove and make his fortune, but Macready, now the head of an international crime ring, has been waiting for Ford to lead him to the relic. Ford finds the glove after a series of mountain chases and returns it to the church.
