A decent cast, which included Shemp Howard of The Three Stooges, was totally wasted in this failed attempt to combine a bit of underworld intrigue with backstage Broadway happenings. The producer of a show destined to be a hit is hard-up for the dough to see the thing through. After his attempt to obtain the needed cash through marriage falls through, he turns to a gambler for aid.
