Hired by a man they've never met to perform a classic Grand Guignol play, a troupe of actors arrive at a decrepit seaside resort and are killed off one by one. It seems that their employer (Barr) is a former actor who now hates the entire profession because he once caught his actress wife fooling around with another actor and killed them both.
