For the first time since the 1940 serial, DRUMS OF FU MANCHU, the Chinese arch-villain is back on the screen with Lee in the lead. He invents a lethal gas which ends all life in a small English village, and then hides out under the Thames with his daughter. Green puts an end to Lee's terrorism with an explosion.
