The Dark Hour Reviews

A killer attempts to slay an already dead man, leading to a triple-solution when four of the least-suspected persons are revealed as actual murderers, only to have the guilt fastened onto another character until the final culprit is discovered. The search is carried out by two detectives, one from the old school, the other from the new. The two spend the whole picture discussing their theories and cross-examining suspects. But they still don't discover the murderer until the last minute. This was another of the scores of films in which Hollywood gossip columnist Hedda Hopper appeared over a period of 50 years, her last being THE OSCAR, 1966.
