Burglar Hogan steals a briefcase containing secret documents, stolen by Baer to sell to a foreign power. Baer is ordered to recover the papers but fails, paying with his life. The spies track down Hogan, but he refuses to give up the goods, taking two gunmen with him to his death. Baer's girlfriend recovers the documents and turns them over to the proper authorities. Routine spy stuff.
