The Bride Wore Boots Reviews

Stanwyck, a top horse breeder, and her writer-husband Cummings separate after a series of misunderstandings. Although Cummings hates horses, a cetain pony falls madly in love with him. When he wins a prestigious steeplechase race by riding the lovesick horse, he and Stanwyck are brought back together. Screwy comedy that's a bit empty-headed, but undeniably funny. Cummings is hilarious as the timid wordsmith who finds himself in the middle of the equestrian world, and Stanwyck is equally enjoyable as the strong-spirited horsewoman.
