Tarzan the Magnificent Reviews

Scott dons his Tarzan loincloth for the fifth and final time in this series entry, which does not include Jane or Boy. Far from magnificent, as the title would have us believe, Scott's adventures teeter on the edge between boredom and mild amusement. Scott's job is to escort criminal Mahoney through the jungle to the police, along with an entourage of Britons. When Jeffries' wife falls for Mahoney, Scott realizes that the infighting is worse than the dangers the jungle has to offer. Mahoney's image would change in the next entry, TARZAN GOES TO INDIA, in which he became the jungle king. After this follow-up to TARZAN'S GREATEST ADVENTURE, Scott went to Italy to do Hercules roles.
