The Canary Islands provide the vivid scenery for this film, which stars former football player Jim Brown. Brown is a cowboy intent on delivering $86,000 to his dying boss's wife. As Brown begins his trek, he is joined by smooth-talking gambler Williamson, who has other plans for the cash. Williamson helps Brown fight off others who are pursuing him. Van Cleef is the ruthless bounty hunter who stays on the pair's trail throughout the film. The stunt work and second-unit direction was done by Hal Needham, who would go on to direct SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT and other stunt-oriented films.
