Routine western fare is about Starrett rescuing Doran when Curtis tries to run her off her land. A bit of new life is given by inducting Doran into a role usually reserved for Iris Meredith. Special notice should be taken of the photography by the great cinematographer Lucien Ballard. The Sons of The Pioneers sing "Tumblin Tumbleweeds," "West is in My Soul," "Slumbertime on the Range," and "Old Bronco Pal."
