Ready for the People Reviews

In what was originally a pilot for a TV series that never made it to the air, Oakland plays a New York district attorney who believes that Jordan, accused of killing another man in a fight over Helm, is innocent. Several witnesses testify against Jordan, but Oakland still supports him. Jordan is sentenced and executed, maintaining his innocence to the very end. After the execution, however, Oakland receives a posthumous letter from Jordan in which he confesses to the crime. Routinely handled in every area--from script to the cutting room.
