A tame sequel to the British comedy PERCY, the infamous tale of the first man to receive a below-the-belt transplant. This time the entire world is contaminated by a chemical in the drinking water, except for Lawson who is now the only man left who has not become impotent. Like its predecessor, this film has a promising premise that never delivers.
