One of a series of French James Bond-style pictures, this film stars Stafford (TOPAZ) as the secret agent. After the occurrence of mysterious government assassinations in which the assassins are also killed, Stafford is sent to Rio de Janeiro to investigate. He discovers that a drug is administered to the killers, placing them in a trance. Stafford learns that the drug comes from an Indian village and gets an offer from Pellegrin to visit the tribe. Instead, Stafford is taken prisoner by an international organization bent on world domination. The grand finale has Brazilian paratroopers coming to the aid of Stafford and quelling the group's plot.
