No Place like Homicide Reviews

An uneven spoof in which the eccentric members of a rich man's family are gathered together in an eerie-looking mansion for the reading of his will. One of the relatives is Connor, a proofreader with an overactive imagination acquired from his hours of reading cheap horror novels. In this case, his fears turn out to be justified when several people get killed. The murderer turns out to be none other than the supposed dead man, who feigned death to get a laugh at the rest of the family. The film's fast pace keeps the material and indifferent performances from becoming too bogged down.
