Haphazard production has Raine as a Scotland Yard detective on the trail of a notorious crook known as "Flash Jack." His search leads him into a run-in with another cop looking for the thief, an affair with the crook's mistress, and a fight on a roof. The worst sequence of all, though, is when Raine is able to pose as a dancer in a show without even a single rehearsal. Raine's standoffish screen personality contributes to the deplorable quality of the production.
