Lucky Devils Reviews

A behind-the-scenes look at Hollywood stuntmen, this was based on a story co-written by Rose, a real-life stuntman. The wafer-thin story finds Boyd as a star stuntman who will do just about anything until he gets married to Wilson. She gets pregnant, and he suddenly gets cold feet. They start going broke until he finally overcomes his fears with one super-stunt for the climax. This is really nothing more than a chance to see some great stunts staged for the film, including men going through plate glass windows, automobile crashes, a fight on a burning roof, and other hair-raising excitements. Roscoe has a delightfully satirical role as a possessed director. It's a must for action freaks.
