Jack Fenrod and his grizzled sidekick Amos are on the trail of a gang of smugglers when they save Lolita Carlos from a runaway carriage. Lolita dances in the Casa de Oro Saloon owned by Meeker, the leader of the smugglers. Jack is accused of horse-thievery by local rancher Don Carlos, Lolita's father, but that is only a ruse to lure Meeker into a false sense of security. With the help of a flower girl and a cook, both pursuing Amos, the Meeker gang is finally brought to justice.

Although Tina Menard was a competent actress, not even she could save this mess of a Western. Badly staged fistfights, hopeless performances in the supporting roles (even Fern Emmett, the poor man's Margaret Hamilton, is terrible here), dreary settings, and nonexistent direction makes Loser's End, well, a loser in nearly all departments.
