Lee stars as the evil villain he regularly played in this irregular 1960s series. This time he has innoculated ten beautiful women with a special poison that will kill the ten world leaders he has assigned his flunkies to kiss. Greene, the first victim, recovers from the poison and is able to stop the evil Lee. Poorly scripted and directed, this film lacks the sort of energy needed to make it the least bit fun. Also released in a badly butchered 61-minute version that was of no help at all in understanding the plot. (Sequel: CASTLE OF FU MANCHU.)
