Jones got his first lead in this earnest, unremarkable drama. He's a law student engaged in a class project uncovering evidence of corruption in city hall. After much outrage, it is later revealed that the mayor had issued phony tax receipts to aid economically depressed and drought-stricken families. Overly serious and largely boring.
