A stupendously unfunny and crude comedy starring John Candy as John Bourgignon, a limousine driver who falls in love with the daughter of a congressman. Opposing the congressman is a bizarre religious leader and aerobics studio owner who wants his sect to live in freedom from the law. Bourgignon is captured and brainwashed into killing the congressman at the sight of a playing card (the five of diamonds). The spell doesn't quite work, however, and Bourgignon turns into a lascivious goon concerned only with his anatomy. A pathetic attempt at filmmaking that wallows in gutter humor.
