Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster Reviews

One of the worst sci-fi movies ever made, this one has nothing to do with Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, The title monster is a NASA android named Frank (Reilly), who crash-lands his space ship near the evil alien princess Hanold's ship, which has arrived in Puerto Rico to capture Earth women to take back to her home planet in order to repopulate. With the aid of her bald dwarf Cutell and her pet space monster, Hanold sends her minions to capture some girls wildly dancing to rock `n' roll music at a pool party. One of the aliens stumbles across Reilly extricating himself from his smashed capsule and blasts him in the face with a ray-gun. Now, with only half a face (a few transistors are clearly visible on the side of his horribly scarred skull) the NASA android goes haywire, wreaking havoc. He is found and rewired by Karen and Marshall and sent off to do battle with the invaders. After a long, silly fight with the pet monster, Reilly rescues the kidnaped Earth girls, and destroys the alien craft in a blaze of NASA stock footage. Really bad, full of silly rock `n' roll songs, inane dialog and laughable special effects.
