This poorly constructed melodrama was written by Duncan Renaldo, who is also featured. The plot revolves around the world of motorboat racing. Renaldo plays the bad guy, a false count, who is trying to swindle the hero's boss. The hero is Bakewell, a young inventor of a new boat, who is in love with the boss's daughter. Bakewell saves the day by exposing Renaldo, and wins the boss's blessing to marry his daughter.
