An escaped convict steals the clothes of a dimwit architect, who then has no choice but to wear the prison threads. The architect then blunders into the drinking hangout of gun-toting jewel thieves waiting for the convict. There, he falls for a song-and-dance girl and gets involved in the mob. Scripting is neither plausible nor interesting, with faulty technical details putting the performers in their worst light.
