Witty duo Wheeler and Woolsey don 16th-century garb in this funny comedy in which the pair are mistaken for king's doctors and taken to the palace to help an ailing emperor, giving Wheeler ample opportunity to exhibit his kleptomaniacal tendencies. Noah Beery, Sr., provides some exuberant comic support. A hilarious highlight spoofs a scene from Greta Garbo's QUEEN CHRISTINA in which she discards her disguise as a boy before a startled John Gilbert. Songs include: "Dilly Dally," "I Went Hunting and the Big Bad Wolf Was Dead" (Will Jason, Val Burton).
