This Chan saga finds our wily hero in Rio with more music and romance than usual in the series. Chan's deductive powers are called on by the local police to solve a pair of murders but the screenplay is childish in plot and dialog and the makeup and camera work so bad that most of the cast appear to be made up for a carnival instead of a movie. Even diehard fans will want to get away from this one.
