Monotonous wartime espionage flick takes place in Washington. Bruce is the daughter of a former senator and models dresses for a living. One day she is approached by Nazi agent Mather who presents himself as an American counter-espionage agent. Playboy son of a naval official Ellison is used to get plans for secret Navy business. When Bruce finally realizes that she is working for the Nazis and not the U.S., it is too late, and she and Ellison are kidnapped by Mather. The couple manage to escape, bust up the spy ring, and keep the world safe for democracy.
