Plodding crime drama concerning an orphaned boy who takes the rap for his weakling foster brother so that his foster mother won't lose faith in her son. The noble youngster is sent to a reformatory, where the typical brutal and uncaring treatment is doled out. Soon the boy breaks out of the joint and searches for the crooks who framed him and his brother.
