Born Wild Reviews

This film seems to say that any garbled idea that lends itself to loud music and violence is good enough for the youth trade. Take a Mexican-American student strike for equality, stuff it with mayhem and steamy talk, and you have BORN WILD, another shallow commentary on the time. Nardini is the strike leader seeking a peaceful solution while his vicious opposite number, Macklin, provokes bloody beatings, a rape, gang fights, and finally a visually interesting but pointless battle in an airplane junkyard. This so-called social study gets a "D" for dumb.
