Battle Beyond the Sun Reviews

An inane intergalactic space war film with opposing monsters shaped like the male and female sex organs. This Russuan film originally showed America as a capitalistic power out to destroy all other systems and the Communist countries out to defend the rights of man. Roger Corman bought the film for American International, hired Francis Ford Coppola to reshape it into a futuristic movie, and the result was two ambiguous hemispheric powers battling to the death in space.
