This musical follows the adventures of Lawrence as she hides out in Paris from the crooks who murdered her boss, a jewel fence. Most of the action revolves around the title nightclub, which gives Lawrence a chance to belt out a few tunes while waiting for mobster Brodie to come after the jewel cache she is carrying. Luckily, the French police arrive in time to prevent a disaster.
