Interpol sends an agent (Eddie Constantine) to Spain to track down a ring that turns rare blood types into robots. Francoise Brion, Fernando Rey, Sophie Hardy. Directed by Jesse Franco.

Constantine is an invulnerable Interpol agent who outwits a power-hungry scientist, Rey, bent on killing off the world's heads of state and replacing them with killer robots. The producers undoubtedly skipped their homework; Interpol is strictly a collector of international crime data and has no working agents. But then they also skipped making a film with any sense.
