Uninspired George Pal effort starring Hall as a Greek sailor who saves Princess Taylor and is seduced into going to Atlantis where he is suddenly enslaved by the evil Dall. The villain has been transforming slaves into animal-men a la Dr. Moreau and he also has harnessed atomic power to annihilate his opposition. Once Hall gets fed up with this nonsense he organizes the slaves, overthrows the evil ruler and sinks Atlantis into the ocean.
