Adventure's End Reviews

Cheaply made seafaring tale offers a youthful Wayne on board a whaler as an ordinary sailor, although he is a professional pearl diver. Despite a poor script and unbelievable dialog, Wayne manages to mumble a few passionate words to the captain's daughter, Gibson, whose father, Love, marries her to Wayne rather than give her hand to the brutish mate, Olsen. Wayne almost singlehandedly puts down a mutiny led by Olsen, a task apparently more agreeable to him than marrying.
