When Asian terrorists hijack a bus full of people, including a congressman, and demand the release of a drug trafficker as well as the deportation of all US drug agents in the country, the government has no choice but to call in the DART team composed of ninja-skilled Spike Shinobi (Sho Kosugi), his blond sidekick, Steve Gordon (Brent Huff), and beautiful but dangerous Jennifer Barnes (Emilia Lesniak). They trail a released suspect back to the gang's headquarters and discover that the whole operation is supervised by drug czar Alby (Blackie Dammett). More self-parody than usual for a martial arts film sets this one somewhat apart, but it's not enough to carry the whole show alone. A little more substance to the story would have gone a long way toward improving this picture.
